• Research Scientists - Medicinal Chemistry

Advanced Life Sciences is seeking innovative scientists to join our drug discovery team. Applicants will be responsible for the proposal, design, and execution of a variety of chemistries, and should have experience in the synthesis of pharmaceutically relevant compounds. Successful candidates will be responsible for the hands-on synthesis, purification, and characterization of milligram to gram quantities of materials. Experience with analytical methodology such as HPLC, LC/MS/MS and NMR is a requirement. Experience and/or knowledge of parallel synthesis techniques is a plus. The ability to work independently as well as with a multi-disciplinary team is essential. An MS or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is required. Good communication and organizational skills are expected.
