Manager of Finance and Accounting

Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

• Report to CFO
• Publish Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements
• Build financial model in conjunction with private equity transaction
• Work with Investment Banks and VC firms on financial diligence
• Provide financial analysis for building acquisition or lease
• Manage and optimize internal accounting system
• Work with outside accounting firms on tax and audit matters
• Provide weekly cash forecast to management
• Manage and optimize internal IS system
• Build and maintain local banking relationships
• Implement and improve budgeting and purchasing systems
• Support investor relations efforts with financial reports and or analyses
• Conduct competitive company/product market analysis to support internal business deals and research efforts
• Provide support to any M&A; transactions conducted
Special projects as they arise

Requirements:

BS in Accounting or Finance
Entry level to five years experience
Experience in Accounting Systems and Financial Reporting
